Brief Answer:
Allergic contact dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service.
I have gone through your query and I have viewed the Image

It seems like an Allergic Contact Dermatitis, most commonly to Nickel present in the metallic part of the watch that touches skin. I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g either Fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream or Triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream, twice daily for a few days. These are prescription topical steroids. In addition I suggest you to take an Oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.

Take care. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
