Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!

I read carefully your question and would explain that your blood lipid profile is perfectly normal.

High HDL levels are a protective factor against cardio-vascular disorders.

From the other hand, Total cholesterol/HDL ration and LDL/HDL ratio are within the normal ranges.

Your triglyceride levels are quite low, which is OK.

So, there is nothing to worry about!

Hope to have been helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

There is no need to lower your cholesterol levels, as you have high HDL cholesterol which is good for your body and cardiovascular system.

I would just encourage you to continue following your healthy lifestyle and diet.

There is no need to make any changes as it seems that you are doing great!

Wishing you good health,

Dr.Iliri
