From your description you seem to be having dyspepsia.
Since the main symptom is bloating I will recommend Gasex or Triphala churna one teaspoon with warm water once or twice a day. It may cause some loose motion as its effect for a day or two but it can resolve the symptoms. Once the symptoms are better, you may discontinue or take one dose every 1-2 weeks.
If the main symptom is abdominal pain, then I will recommend that you get examined by a surgeon and get an ultrasound abdomen.
