Brief Answer:
Non pharmacological measures can be employed

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am

I can certainly understand your concern

Sleep difficulties are very common in elderly people.

Non pharmacological measures include the following

Maintain a regular sleep routine.

Avoid daytime naps if possible.

Don't stay in bed awake for more than 5-10 minutes.

Don't watch TV or read in bed.

Drink caffeinated drinks with caution.

Avoid inappropriate substances that interfere with sleep.

Exercise regularly.

Have a quiet, comfortable bedroom.

Few non sedating medication like Zolpidem can be considered on a short term basis to improve the sleep after discussing with your physician.

Thank you
