I Have Troubles With Anxiety Right When I Wake Up
Question: I have troubles with anxiety right when I wake up and the evening. It's something that I can only control when I take benadryl. The symptoms almost completely go away when I take this. I believe it could have something to do with histamine. I was sick last week with what I believed was a stomach virus but i'm not sure.

It’s mostly in the mornings and evenings, and I just get very scared sometimes. I was sick last week so I think I’m in fear of getting sick again. I notice I can calm myself down at certain points so it doesn’t seem like a physical health issue. But when I’m having anxiety in the morning and evening thrrr are physical symptoms of naseua, fear, etc
