I Have Two Small Spots On My Penile Shaft With
Question: I have two small spots on my penile shaft with two black dots each. They are painless and have not changed in 7-8 weeks. The dots are small and uniform in shape. I have been tested for STDs and I am negative for all the ones tested. I am also circumcised.

Based on the fact that you have posted two small painless spots with black heads on shaft of the penis that you have since 7-8 weeks are mostly what is called as Sebaceous Cysts.

1) Is there any discharge from these spots on pressing them between two fingers?
The penile skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.
Please consult qualified General Surgeon in person for clinical examination and to confirm the diagnosis .He would be best judge to decide regarding need for treatment if required .

There is no discharge when I press them between fingers. Is it unusual to have two blackheads on one cyst? Thank you.
