
I Have Two Small Ulcers/bumps On My Penile Head, They

Question: I have two small ulcers/bumps on my penile head, they dont hurt and a little foul smell but i was thinking it was candida... However these ulcers havent left even though i have been using canesten. Im scared its a sexual transmitted disease. I dont have balanitis even though i used to have it at the beginning.

Can HPV be cured on its own? Based on your experience are you completely sure it cant be pearly papules or something else?

As far as those 2 bumps are concerned, they don't look like penile papules to me. I suggest you to get the warts cauterised or fulgurated. HPV infection resolves in majority as body's own immunity takes care of the infection. Removal of visible warts is helpful in eradicating HPV infection as they are the source of infection.
