Question: I have ulcer like lesions in my vaginal area.. I have lower abdo pain like a uti. It does not burn when I urinate. its constant uncomfortable pain on the lesions. It cannot be STI related as I’ve had the same partner for 6 years unless this is something I’ve had the whole time? Although have never had these ulcers before.. it’s been about a week and I feel like it’s at its worst now. There is no discharge from the lesions. They are just painful. Even when just laying in bed but especially when sitting or walking etc.

How do you get herpes though? My partner does not have any symptoms at all. It’s just me. A few months ago I had severe ulcers in my mouth. Is this related?
