
I Have Unease In Lower Left Stomach Like Someone Touching

Question: I have unease in lower left stomach like someone touching from the inside. It started almost one year back. Then I was taking 1500 mg of magnesium daily for my chronic constipation. I had excessive drinking of alcohol for few weeks and also some stresses. That is when this unease in lower left stomach started. I have been taking Nexium and pepcid for 10 months and it has not helped much. In between it became better so I went down to 20 mg Nexium daily but then it came back. I have blood tests if u need. I do not have high blood pressure or diabetes or heart issues.
I had similar problem 8 years back but it became ok after 9 months using dexilant and Zantac. Endoscopy at that point showed everything fine except some reddishness on stomach. Please advise in detail. Thank you.

Food: Milk cereal. Lunch - whey protein powder, oatmeal, one XXXXXXX vegetable.
4 PM: Fruit. 6 PM: dinner - grilled chicken sandwich, salad. Night : Some sweet and nuts. Two days in week : add some ice cream and sweets.
Occupation: Investing in stock markets. Long term investor. Very little trading.Successful record.
Life style: cardio exercise 4 days a week, 5 days a week : play competetive billiards for 2 hrs each day in a club, 2 hrs TVnews and serials daily, investment work- 3 hours daily.
Sleep was good till 18 months back. Last nine months, hard time going back to sleep at night. Get up at night to go to bathroom due to enlarged prostate.Take melatonin 1 mg almost daily to get 6.5 to 7 hours of sleep.
9 months back, I was taking 1500 mg of magnesium. Once stomach unease started, reduced and then stopped magnesium because constipation greatly reduced. My stomach was very strong till this episode. Full comeback of constipation means stomach has healed - for me. This is what happened 8 years back.

While serving a big meal don't have any fruits along with that so that it will harm your stomach as well as absorption.
Take fruits alone without adding any milk, nuts, etc.
Take 10 grams Of dried grapes soaked in lukewarm water at night.
To sort out your problem I advise the following diet and Ayurveda medication to keep your stomach free from any problems.
Diet: avoid junk, fried and baked items. diary product will influence constipation. kindly avoid it.
take fiber vegetables and fruits like okra, radish, raisin dipped in ghee, cucumber, cabbage, cauliflower, apple and orange, pomegranate, watermelon, muskmelon.
Kindly avoid refined wheat flour and its product.
Take 2.5 to 3 liters of water.
Prefer spinach and green leafy vegetables.
Lifestyle: take food at the proper time. avoid taking food late at night. avoid carbonated and tinned foods. avoid alcohol (if at all take).
Internal medication:
Danti haritaki leham available in online.
It clears the long-lasting toxins and clears the stomach and intestine.regularise your stomach and intestine and liver.
