Question: I have vasovagal syncope. Fear from blood test and if I hear of it. I faint while it before the blood test. I am 34 and really want a solution for this. Pls help- XXXXXXX

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you really need to go for blood tests, then get it done in lying down position and wear tight stockings so that blood doesnot pool in the lower limbs. Otherwise medicines are not needed or advised for this occasional problem.
