I Have Very Little Ability To Deal With Heat. Temperatures
You are having heat intolerance- possible causes and further steps to diagnosis discussed below
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service,
I carefully read your query and understand your concern.
You seem to be having heat intolerance. This may be due to several causes but thyroid problems and side effects of medications are the main causes.
If you are using medications (even over the counter or supplements) it is good for us to know to make sure if your symptoms are related to it.
You will also need to have some basic blood tests such as CBC, ERS, creatinine and electrolytes, fasting sugar, lipids, ALT, AST, urinalysis- as a general check and TSH and FT4 to evaluate the thyroid function.
Meanwhile, try to avoid hot humid weather and especially physical activities in hot temperatures. Continue to avoid caffeinated drinks as caffeine may make it worse.
Rarely Multiple Sclerosis is the cause but other neurological symptoms should be present in this case.
I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back,
The thyroid test results that you have written are within normal range so if this is a test done within the last year you do not have hyperthyroidism.
The rest of the information mentioned in the upload is normal as well, even though there is no information on your actual physical examination.
I would recommend you to have the rest of the tests mentioned above just to make sure that all is well with you. If all is well, there are no findings in your physical examination (including a neurological examination) and the tests come out normal then very likely this is your norm.
Some patients are more sensitive to heat and some to cold, depending on their metabolism and no abnormalities are identified.
I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
