Hello dear, welcome to ask a doctor's service .
I read your query and here is my advice.
You can upload a photo of the skin lesions for me in reports . You can avoid stress and overthinking and can avoid touching the skin unnecessarily.
You can use dehydration cream over it to help keeping it hydrated and help you avoid touching.
You can use antihistamines to help the redness.

Brief Answer:
Kidney function should get evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I see the photo you uploaded and red parallel lines with indentations are seen on arms and legs.
I think this may be a sign of edema or water retention possibly caused by impaired kidney function.
I can suggest you to do creatinine, nitrogen and protein levels in blood and also I need to do protein levels in urine in order to evaluate the kidneys function.
Do also urine analysis.
The frequent urination you are having may be a sign of water retention.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Recommended visiting a rheumatologist.

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.

The creatinine, urea nitrogen, and total protein levels are within the normal range.

I also suggest you do a kidney ultrasound also ESR and RA factor to check for soft tissue rheumatological issues.
So, you should visit a rheumatologist.

Brief Answer:
You can wait for a week till you see the rheumatologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again. Sorry for the delayed answer but it was due to a lack of internet access.
I see the photo of your elbow and it doesn't seem related to previous pictures. It seems like an infected bump on skin. This can be seen by a dermatologist.
About visiting the rheumatologist and doing the blood tests you can wait till next week.
