Brief Answer:
Pl Visit a physician or ENT specialist ASAP.

Detailed Answer:
I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
I have gone through your query and I think that you are suffering from infective pathology of throat and urine . This is the reason for bad tongue with white patches and reddish dark urine.
The constant headache and ear buzz is also due to throat congestion(due to infection).
I would suggest that you visit an physician or ENT specialist ASAP, who after examining you ,will guide the tests and treatment required.
Thanks
