Brief Answer:
It is unlikely related to fruits
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is unlikely related to fruits. Possible causes like mi or gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome can also cause similar symptoms. Since you are obese there is chance for acid reflux disease which will worsen the symptoms.
As of now stick to a semi solid or liquid diet for few days. Drink plenty of water.
You can also try over the counter available antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.
Your tongue is not that much pale, a complete blood count has to be done to rule out anemia.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Pantoprazole can be tried.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You can try antacids like pantoprazole which is a small pill. Combination of pantoprazole with domperidone will be more effective as it will prevent vomiting as well( available over the counter).
Semi solid foods like thick soups will be good. If you can tolerate, fresh juices can be taken.
You can go for a complete blood count to rule out anemia, clinically you are not anemic.
Hope I have answered your query.
