Lisinopril is ACE inhibitor and dry cough which may be associated with a feeling of SOB is one of it's most common side effect.
Try shifting from Lisinopril to amlodipine 5 mg once and see if the problem settles down.
For SOB there are two most essential tests
1)2d echo- To look for the functions of heart.If ppingbis ok and all walls and valves are functioning well.
2)Pulmonary function test or Spirometry to look for functions of lung.
