Brief Answer:
Do a vaginal smear.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

It would be better if you do a vaginal smear to check the reasons of the discharge.
The yellow, watery and smelly discharge is characteristic of bacterial vaginosis.
If your discharge is yellow - white like cottage cheese can be yeast infection.
Monistat you have used is for yeast infection. If it has not helped then it can be an infection other than yeast infection possibly bacterial vaginosis.
Bacterial vaginosis and yeast infection are not sexually transmitted so even though you are not sexually active you can have them.
So as a conclusion you should do a vaginal smear to check the kind of infection you are having.
