I Hear Some Cracking Sound In My Right Knee When Bending, Getting Up, And Walking

Question: Hello Doctor
I hear some cracking sound in my right knee when bending, getting up, and walking. I can also feel it if i touch my knee and bend and open it. I have no pain in the knee. I do strength, cardio and abs exercises on all weekdays, in which the knees do bend a lot and it doesn't pain then too. These exercises also include jumping. Most days I also walk for 5 kms, sometimes 10kms, and that doesn't trigger any pain as well. I want to understand what is it and how to solve it. Are jumping exercises safe?

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi Adisha ,
I would not pay any attention to sounds unless you have knee pain , instability or restriction of movements.
So in my opinion , continue with all your exercises as before and just ignore the sounds.
The exact cause can be ascertained on clinical examination and related investigations if required.
But sounds alone , I would not bother much.
I was unable to open your google drive also. If you can ,Please take out some important reports and send as attachment.
Thanks for the question. I hope to have answered your query. Please feel free to ask any other question.

Hi Adisha
I have seen the reports. You have altered lipid profile for which your physician will advice.
You have deficiency of Vit D3 - for which I recommend Vit D3 60 K once a week for 8 weeks.
Thanks again.
