I Hear Weird Clicking And Popping Noises

Question: Hello, I've had a constant daily headache for the past 2.5 months. I've never been one to receive headaches. I feel lots of pressure around my head but especially at the top of the roof of my mouth. When I swallow, my ears pop & click constantly. Sometimes, the pressure makes it hard to swallow. When I try to clear my throat, it seems to aggravate this headache even more. Also, looking down causes it to become irritated as well. When it's at it's worst, I can not sleep. I get a super weird wave feeling come over me that makes me feel like I'm about to pass out, but I never do. Laying down doesn't help either. When I move my neck or head around, I hear weird clicking and popping noises that I'd never heard before prior to the headaches starting. Please help.

Hii. Welcome to the healthcare services. There are many causes of severe headache lasting for 2 months. It can be allergic rhinitis, Migraine, or any neurological causes. You should consult an Ent surgeon and a neurologist. Do a X ray paranasal sinus. If possible do a CT scan paranasal sinus and a MRI brain. Start with fluticasone spray 2 puff at bedtime for 2 week. Take nasoclear nose drop 3 drops twice daily for 2 week. Take steam inhalation. If the headache is due to allergic rhinosinusitis then it will settle will spray,nasal drop and steam inhalation. It can be Migraine also and needs to get evaluated by Neurologist.Follow the advice and review with reports. Please review if you have any queries.
