Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
I would recommend you to apply depigmenting cream containing kojic acid cream like Melaglow new cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face 2-3 times in a day.
Also take antioxidants containing glutathione like capsule ethiglo 500 mg twice daily.
Continue these for 3 months.
This will help in lightening your skin.

Brief Answer:
Welcome
Detailed Answer:
I am not sure whether glutathione tablets are available as over the counter in USA.
If they are available you can take these as well as vitamin C tablets together..
I have reviewed the attached photographs and can appreciate black marks.
You can start with depigmenting cream containing kojic acid or hydroquinone 2 percent on the dark spots along with a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face 2-3 times in a day.
Laser treatment for face is absolutely safe.
It needs to be a done by a dermatologist with experience in lasers.
Welcome
