Brief Answer:
Possible fungal infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using "Ask a doctor" service.
I reviewed carefully your photos. It looks like a fungal infection. Consider using ketoconazole cream 2%, twice per day for 3 days.
Try to keep the area there as dry as possible.
Do not use soaps to clean yourself but only water.
If you suspect of a STD, because you had unprotected sexual activity the last days, then you can consider taking an empirical treatment. Even if these lesions look like a fungal infection, only the testing can rule out possible other STDs. In the case of possible other STD the empirical treatment (treatment without testing that covers the possible STDs) would be: Ceftriaksone 250mg single dose injection and Azithromycine 500mg 1 tablet for 3 days. This will cover chlamydia and gonorrhea, the most common STDs.
I hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Kind regards,
