Brief Answer:
No treatment required as of now

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service.

Blood blisters are actually hemangiomas which are benign vascular cysts which are commonly seen in the liver or spleen.

In most cases, these are small and don't cause any symptoms for a lifetime. Only if become larger than 10cm these may compress other organs or rupture and in such cases, surgery is required which include removal of the spleen.

But as I said, these are rarely larger than few centimeters and when such, no treatment is required, only ultrasound check-up every 1/2 years.

Adrenal gland adenoma is benign as well and harmless and doesn't require any treatment.

Wish you good health.
Regards
