Brief Answer:
A bone marrow smear is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the results of tests that you uploaded and your white blood cells, red blood cells, lymphocytes hemoglobin and hematocrit are high. So you are having erythrocytosis, leucocytosis and reticulocytosis. I think you may need to do a bone marrow smear to check for possible pathologies that can cause these changes in your blood formula. Your bone marrow is producing more lymphocytes and reticulocytes.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
