Question: I just had a complete blood work-up and all was normal except my Eosinophil count was 0. Dr. didn't even mention it so is it any cause for concern? All other blood counts in normal range. I did have chemo 2 yrs ago for ovarian cancer. Could that be a cause? Only meds I take are Synthroid and Atenolol.

The normal eosinophils differential is 1-6%. Should be checked on smear
