Question: I just had a urinalysis test. My doctor has not gotten back to me yet, can you explain the results

Based on the report of your routine urine analysis that you have posted you seem to have UTI .
Presence of plenty of WBC,RBC and Bacteria strongly suggest acute UTI .
Get your urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water to keep urine dilute

My dr did a urine culture and it came back as a mixed normal urogenital or skin microbiota, so I had to give another specimen yesterday and am now waiting for the results, and they won't give any medication until the culture comes back. What can I do until I get medicine. I have a cloudy urine and
it burns a little when I urinate. I do take Zetia, Meloxican, Lexapro, Amlodipine and Klonopin. And I have one bad kidney. I don't want it to get worse.
