I Just Had Another X-ray After 2 Weeks Of Having

Question: I just had another x-ray after 2 weeks of having my surgery, I have a weak feeling while uninating or passing stool.
I had no issues until the surgeon made me walk prior to surgery while wearing the strap, it made my fracture worse and affected my nerves which I had no problem with before.
What to expect? Is it gonna be better or what?
One more thing, the lower 2 verterbales look like they are stuck to each other now, is this normal and could this be what's affecting my nerves?
I uploaded the x-ray's pics.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Kal

Brief Answer:
Your condition can improve with time.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again and thanks for using "Ask a Doctor " service.
I have read your new question and here is my advice.
Since the problem with urination and passing stool is not complete ( I would say mild ) it is very likely for you to improve with time.
These symptoms may indicate compression of the spinal cord and this possibility is best assessed with a new MRI of the lumbosacral spine.
Regarding the vertebrae that you refer, it is my opinion that is the angle of the x-rays that gives the impression, however, this is best assessed by looking at the lateral x-rays that includes the L4 and L5 vertebrae.
The stabilizing system seems positioned correctly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
