Question: I just had my ACTH Stim test. Results were:
Cortisol Baseline: = 8.67
Costisol at 30 min = 15.1 (>20 ref)
Cortisol at 60 min = 18.6 (>20 ref)
ACTH = 13
Of course I will be going over with my Dr but I can't see him for 3 weeks so I am curious about what this mean.

Brief Answer:
About synachten test;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern!
ACTH stimulation test is used to evaluate adrenal gland function and exclude adrenal insufficiency.
We usually consider the function normal when cortisol is over over 18-20 at the 30th and 60th minute after stimulation.
In your case it couldn't reach at 18th after 30 min but after 1 hour it is over 18.
I would interpret it as adrenal insufficiency.
Further tests are needed to find out rather it is primary or secondary
Hope the information will help.
Best wishes,
Dr.mirjeta
