Brief Answer:
The dose and frequency of medications given are well within safety

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting us with your health query.

It is safe to give Tramadol a few hours following Oxycodone intake. The purpose is to manage breakthrough pain while you are on Oxycodone. Given the dosage and frequency in which these medications are given you, there is no concern for overdose.
There is nothing to be worried about. Take rest and continue the medications as prescribed.
