Question: I just received my labs this past week via Mychart. The ones not within standard range are: eGFR is 51.1 mL, Sed Rate 33 mm/hr, MCV 98.8 fL, Absolute Monocyte .62 k/uL, Absolute Immature Granulocytes .03 K/uL, Monocyte Percent 6.6, Immature Granulocytes percent .30%, BUN/Creatinine Ratio 15.0, Protein urine 13mg/dL. Should I be overly concerned?

Among all your reports, eGFR is bit low. This signifies kidney function on the lower side. Rest all of the reports are not of that much concern.

I would suggest consulting a nephrologist to find out the cause and prevent further worsening of this.

Another test came back Positive today. ANA titer, HEP2 1:16 Homogeneous. Is this something that I should worry about?
