I Just Uploaded My Raw Dna Data To Sequencing.com And

Question: I just uploaded my raw dna data to sequencing.com and it told me I have both Prothrombin gene changes and Factor V Leiden. my mother used to get blood clots during pregnancy. it says I'm high risk for a coronary related event before, and after 50. my mother and brother only came up as moderate risks....I think my grandfather, moms father, is the only one in the family to have a heart attack. He drank and smoked heavily. I don't smoke anymore, drink, and eat healthy, but I know you cannot beat genetics. is this a concern given no familial history. I have had an ECG and it was perfectly normal....

I have no family history whatsoever I believe, and my ECG has been normal. This genetic test is my raw data that has been uploaded to a site sequencing.com and put into the healthy heart app. Can they definitively say that I am high risk and tell me that I have both Prothrombin gene changes and Factor V Leiden? Just from a DNA swab? When do i have to be careful if I have these things? I don't have any symptoms and I'm wondering how accurate these things are, and if in fact I could not get any bad effects at all?
Brief Answer:
Hello again
Detailed Answer:
DNA information is all that is required for gene mapping and to scan for gene vulnerabilities for disease susceptibility.
However I don’t know how genuine and reliable is the website.
Why in first place you uploaded your DNA information and why you got genome testing done ? Was there anything going wrong?
Kind Regards

Sorry to ask, but what would you look for in symptoms? I did have periods of tachycardia; but they said it's probably most likely anxiety. They did an ECG and it was all clear
Brief Answer:
Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Symptoms includes chest discomfort or heaviness, breathing difficulty on exertion, sweating and giddiness etc.
Yes heart rate is surely affected by anxiety due to increase in sympathetic stimulation.
Just relax, forget all this and maintain healthy lifestyle.
Kind Regards
