Ok the one in the middle of my forehead is in I had a month or so ago and I did pick at it. The one closer to my eyebrows I have not picked at cause I wanted to see what it will do if left alone. The scars on my nose is to show you that that’s where I also have them.

I uploaded a couple pictures I hope you saw them. I am not taking anything for it. I rub Vaseline on them st night before bed.

I have reviewed the images. Seems like a skin infection. I suggest you to take a oral antibiotic e.g either amoxicillin or cephalexin for a week. In addition I suggest you to apply an otc topical antibiotic e.g either mupiricin 2% cream, twice daily.
