Brief Answer:
HbA1C denotes unsatisfactory diabetic control

Detailed Answer:
Hi Shreevatss,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.

The normal blood sugar for a non diabetic person should be less than 100mg/dL .
while blood sugar level 2 hours after food in case of a nondiabetic patient should be 140mg/dL .

Both of your levels are raised in your case and you would need to get Glucose tolerance test done and start with needful treatment for lowering the levels along with improved life style to hasten natural process of diabetic control.

In case you are already a diagnosed diabetic patient, you should have fasting glucose level to be less than 120mg/dl and post meal blood glucose level less than 160mg/dl.

Your Hba1c also denotes unsatisfactory diabetic control, so you need to be more sincere towards the diabetic management.

I hope that answers your query. Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
