I M 35 Years Old Un Married Male Working In

Needed tests and possible diagnosis explained below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask a Doctor service,
I carefully read your query and here is my advice.
I would do a TSH and FT4 test to make sure your thyroid is well. Also, you mentioned you did plenty of tests and mentioned some of them but I would like to make sure if you did ERS and PCR as these show when the body is fighting something.
Also, a basic metabolic profile (liver, kidney function blood tests, sugar level, lipids) are routine checks when there are general symptoms such as fatigue.
If all the checks come out normal and the doctor has not identified any signs of infection (physical examination and x-ray) then anxiety can be considered as the cause of your symptoms.
Please let me know if you have further questions. I would be glad to assist you further.
Kind regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,

It is C reactive protein
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
I mean C reactive protein. This is just to show that your body is fighting something or not. It does not show specifically what but if it is normal it is more reassuring.
Let me know if you have other questions. I remain at your disposal to further assist you.

Thyroid tests are normal- further details below
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back,
Thank you for the uploaded reports. The thyroid is normal as well.
The only tests I have not heard of are liver and kidney function tests (mentioned in the first message) and also a urinalysis (as you say the urine is sometimes dark). Did you already have a CBC to rule out anemia (very likely you did as it is a very common test but please check to make sure)?
If you wish you can upload these tests for me to examine and check if they are normal.
If all these tests come out normal then, in my opinion, the symptoms you are experiencing can be related to anxiety.
Let me know about the above tests.
Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj

All these test as u mentioned above are already done and reviewed by here local doctor at Apollo. And all are normal.
I don't know if it's due to anxiety. Though I m living single but I m busy in my life. I play guitar, go to gym. I m not ruling out this possibility so If it's due to anxiety could u plz prescribe some medicine for some days. I'll see if it improves my condition.

Drugs for anxiety are prescription drugs and need a face to face visit- they can not be prescribed online
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back,
I am glad that all the tests are normal.
Treatments for anxiety need a face to face consultation and can not be prescribed online.
You will need to talk to your local provider and ask for treatment for anxiety and be regularly followed up there. SSRI drugs are the first choice, quite effective and generally well-tolerated.
I hope this answers your query and is helpful to you. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
Kind regards,
Dr. Antoneta
