To answer your queries:
i) You can take steam inhalation thrice daily at home, along with warm salt water gargling for sore throat. You can also take one tablet of Cetirizine 10mg at bed time after food for 3 nights. This is a prescription drug. It will help you to get rid of your symptoms quickly. Do not worry; it will not have any effect on your baby.
ii) When you are not feeding the baby, keep it at a distance from you. Keep your baby warm with hands and feet covered always. You can also use a head cap for your baby. Do not worry; your baby will not get affected by your cold.
iii) If it is needed, you should see a general physician and not a child specialist.
