Question: I"m having symptoms of my left tactical and leading up into my lower abdomen a dull ache also having lower back ache (not sure if this related).

Hi and welcome .
YOu probably mean "left testicle".
Such pain may indicate several issues and usually this is self limiting.
In most cases it suggests urinary infection, epididymitis or urinary stones.
If there is blood in urine visible and pain during urination then this is more likely to be stone or infection, if not then this is epididymitis.
I suggest to drink plenty of fluids at this point, raspberry tea, and take noninflamamtory painkillers.
IF there is no improvement you should do urinary analysis,urineculture and kidneys ultrasound. Wish you good health. Regards
