Brief Answer:
Can be suggestive of early labour.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns.

During the ninth month of pregnancy, a mild amount of blood-stained discharge can be a normal finding due to the ripening of the cervix. This can be suggestive of an early labour.

In case the bloody discharge is heavy then it needs an ultrasound scan to rule out placenta praevia or abruptio placentae. In case the baby movements are reduced or the bloody discharge is heavy or persistent then do attend the nearest ER.

I hope this answers your query.

In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
