Brief Answer:
Feedback, risk evaluation needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there
I welcome you to HCM virtual clinic.

I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.
If the other partner is a trusted one and if you are sure that he doesn't carry any infection, then there is no risk of transmission of HIV or other STDs.
Secondly, if you are not aware of your partner's STD status, there can be some risk of transmission of STDs.
Also, if you have any lesions in your mouth like cracks or mouth ulcers then it carries higher chances of transmission of STDs.
Risk evaluation needed to judge the transmission possibility.

As there was no issue about penetrative sexual activity, risk of getting pregnant is almost nil.

I would like to have some more information about few things.
1. Was it with trusted partner?
2. We're there any oral cavity issues with you?
3. Do you have any complaints or symptoms pointing towards STDs?

Please feel free to communicate with me again.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.

I've been with 12 partners in the past 4 years and not quite sure of their history ... I don't have any symptoms.. I was with a few partners within and one of them got tested that he was clean so does that mean I'm ok too?

Brief Answer:
STD testing panel, sex counseling

Detailed Answer:
Hi there
Thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back to me.

I have gone through your reply.

It's good to hear that you have no symptoms suggestive of STDs.
To rule out any chance infection you can get blood tests done for the same. Usually, it's a STD testing panel, that includes HIV,VDRL,HBsAg, Herpes

If tests are negative, nothing to worry about.
It won't be untimely on my part to suggest you to get proper sex counseling done before going ahead with future sexual activity.
Please seek proper advice and guidance about safe and protected sexual activity practices.
This will help you to avoid unwanted pregnancy and STDs.

Please take care.
Opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regime.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
