Zapiz : yes... but not taje daily.... Lene se baar baar ankh nahi khulti at least 5 to 6 hour thik se sojata hun. Jis din 7 ghante se zyada sota hun us din fresh feel karta hun.

Yes I m stressed bcoz I am addicted of guthka with zarda.... Chhorna chahta hun nahi chhoot rahi hai...

Fit rehna chahta hun khoob XXXXXXX exercise XXXXXXX chahta hun but due to less sleep I can't do.
