I Need Desperate Help With My Menopause And These Severe

Question: I need desperate help with my menopause and these severe hot flashes. I am 53 years old and have recently started with these bad , bad hot flashes. My body has an odor to it as well that I seem not to be able to get rid of. I think its from the sweating but I don't know. I need something naturally to stop these hot flashes because they are also causing me severe anxiety and high blood pressure. I have tried Black Cohosh but it gave me severe headaches. I have a very sensitive especially when it comes to caffeine etc. I have been told about taking Hibiscus Tea. I don't know if it works but I'm sure there is something or some things that can help me naturally with these problems. Where I live there is no herbalist or homeopathic doctor in my area so I'm very limited or I have to drive at least 2 hours. Please help me with suggestions because I truly feel once I get these hot flashes and hormones under control I will fine with m y blood pressure etc...... Please get back to me asap.......Thanks!

Thanks for responding. Where can I purchase these items from? Also, what can I take to lose weight? I actually have lost weight but for some reason my weight is at a stand still so I need some help. Please! I'm getting married in about 8 weeks and I'm trying to lose at least 15 pounds. Can you give me your thoughts on this and any suggestions?

Dr. Pandey,
Can I take Milk Thistle with my medications without it causing any problems? My medication is Losartan HCTZ 50mg / 12.5, Bystolic 5mg, Norvasc 5mg and Synthyroid 88mcg. I'm getting ready to start a weight loss fitness program and they require me to take Milk Thistle....
