I Need Help To Try To Figure Out What Is
Question: I need help to try to figure out what is causing my general malaise, loss of appetite, sensitivity to certain foods(Some foods I usual like to eat now cause revulsion but no vomiting) Usually I am healthy and physically and mentally active. This has been going on since April 15th and has come on suddenly. I have no problem with constipation and go bathroom regularly. I have gone for three ekg, tests ,chest xrays and no doctor can come up with anything. I saw a cardiologist and he said I have a-fib and recommended Zarelto but I am not sure that he is correct.
I really need some type of suggestions for natural cures as medicines do not agree with me. The anti anxiety medicine I tried made my legs weak and I could not get up from sitting position without help. The Zarelto caused severe back pain.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Brief Answer:
A number of possible causes
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma’am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but these symptoms could be due to a number of causes,
Hence, I would recommend that you get a CBC blood test to exclude anemia and a thyroid hormonal profile including T3,T4 and TSH to exclude hypothyroidism.
I hope you find this helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Familial hypercholesterolemia must be excluded
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma’am, hello again.. your ldl level is extremely elevated which might suggest a familial hypercholesterolemia case.. This is why I would recommend that you get a blood test for total cholesterol level and if high , then you should get an Ecg along with an echocardiogram to exclude atherosclerosis. In the meanwhile you need to exercise daily , decrease fat content in your diet and increase vegetables and fruits intake.. You should also refer to your doctor for a prescription of statins to help decrease the ldl level. I hope you find this helpful
