Brief Answer:
Your crackers are really healthy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I checked the nutrition facts and the ingredients of your crackers and they are really healthy and I think you are using the right crackers.
You are having high cholesterol and they contain 0 cholesterol and 0 trans fats .
Also taking count that you are prediabetic they contain less than 1 gram of sugar and no added sugar.
All ingredients of them are healthy.
Also if you are keeping a low calories diet don't use more than two servings per day.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Also, I'm battling menopause and my doctor wants me to take either premarin or mimvey hormone replacement pill to stop the hot flashes and night sweats. Which one should I take? I do not want to gain weight....
Unless do you have a better recommendation?

My doctor said my crackers have saturated fat that can raise my triglycerides and cholesterol but you said they were healthy. So, what's correct? Are they healthy or not because now I do have high triglycerides something I never had before so I don't know what else to do to get them down now... Suggestions???

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I see the blood test results you updated and cholesterol, triglycerides,LDL, glucose levels are high. In this case I can recommend you to keep a low fat and low calories diet.
You may need to avoid eating red meat, egg yolk, cheese and dairy products. Instead you can use white meat, chicken breast, fish, egg whites , vegetables and moderate amount of fruits. Use olive oil instead of other fats. You also will keep a healthy weight this way.
About crackers,I don't think they are the main source of fat or the cause of increased fat levels. Also you should keep in mind not to exaggerating with the amount of crackers you eat daily.
About the contraceptive pills both can cause increased weight. They can be used if you don't tolerate the menopause symptoms like hot flashes or night sweats.
I prefer mimvey.
If you don't want to take they you can firstly try to increase the natural sources of estrogen such soya beans, sesame seeds, flaxseeds etc.
