Hello and welcome,

I have seen the attached reports dated 27 october, 2022. TSH is high but thyroid hormone levels are normal. Is he having any symptoms now e.g any tiredness, weakness, skin changes etc. Can you get his thyroid profile checked again and upload that report. It will give a better estimate of the problem.

Hi again,

This report is normal. So possibly due to some stressor like an infection his TSH might have deranged last time. Now it is normal and nothing needs to be done. Since you didn't mention any symptoms or medicines, I am assuming that he is not having any symptoms or taking any medicines.
