Brief Answer:
warm compress, ibuprofen/naproxen

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

A ice compress is most commonly used as soon as an injury occurs and warm compress after a few days, if problems persist, so you can use a warm compress 2 to 4 times a day for 10 to 15 mins.

Even though it is not painful, you can consider the use of an anti inflammatory pain killer such as ibuprofen or naproxen or cataflam. The swelling is part of the body's inflammatory response to trauma so the use of the anti inflammatory would reduce the swelling.

This should help it to resolve faster.
