No am not taking. just maintaining diet. due to urea level facing stiffness and joint pain. Is there major concern in the reports

1. Tablet glimeperide +metformin (1+500) at the time of breakfast.
2. Tablet vildagliptin +metformin (50+500) at the time of dinner.
These are for diabetes.
3. Tablet methylcobalamin +benfotiamine, once daily, for pain issue.
