Brief Answer:
High Cholesterol and low Vitamin D
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
ESR and LDH were on the higher side, which indicates an infection in recent past. If you hav recovered from the same, there is no need to worry and need no intervention for now.
Cholesterol is high, you may have to reduce fats and carbohydrates in your diet and exercise a minimum of 400cal or 1 hour per day and repeat the test again after 4 months. If cholesterol levels npt reduced then you might have to be started on anti cholesterol medications.
Vitamin D is low. You will need supplementation. Cholecalciferol 60000 units weekly once at night' after food for 8 weeks followed by monthly once for 8 months.
Hope I answered your query
Wishing you good health
