Brief Answer:
Probably a disc prolapse at the lumbar area.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I already reviewed the attached report.

The report indicates the presence of a disc prolapse.

In this case the inner portion of the disk protrudes through the outer ring.

It can cause pain and discomfort.

The prolapse is at level L4-L5 and L5-S1 which is in the lumbar area.

I suggest using painkillers in case of pain such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three tablets a day.

Anti-inflammatory gels can also be used for local application

I also recommend physiotherapy to relieve the symptoms.

Avoid exercises that can trigger the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
