
I Noticed Last Night 3 Bite Mark's That Are Not

Question: I noticed last night 3 bite Mark's that are not really itchy with a red ring around them. I am not sure if it is bed bug bites or spider bites or what. I have never had bed bugs but am not sure if someone in my apartment building could have them. I am attaching a picture
