I Noticed On My 17m Old Gums Which Looked Like A Skin Tag

Question: I noticed on my 17m old gums which looked like a skin tag he was playing and rolling around and noticed blood i opened his mouth and noticed it and blood around it. Bled for about 20-30 seconds i would say. Doesnt seem to hurt or bother him.
