I Now Have Some Symptoms That Span From Anorectal To Urological

Question: Hi there

I am male, nonsmoker and having computer job all my like. I am 180 cm and 76 kg (gained 2 kilos in 1 year).

I have some urology symptoms and looking back, I fear that it could be bladder cancer and I would like to know in your opinion, is that likely.

I had microscopic hematuria and here are my results:

2.5 years ago: Dipstick test result: 1, Molecular test on High Power Filed x400: 4-10 (normal 0-3)
10 days later: Dipstick test: 0, Molecular test: 0-3
1 year ago: Dipstick test: 0, Molecular test: 0-3
9 months ago: Dipstick test: 1, Molecular test 0-3

Now 2.5 years ago I had mild microscopic hematuria as I was told. No symptoms, that was the most worrysome part. 10 days later I was re-tested with no blood. I did ultrasound on internal organs, all clear, bladder wall from outside also ok (as much as can be seen on ultrasound). I had another test 1 year ago and another urine test 9 months ago.

The last one is now worrying me. I was told at the time that dipstick test with result 1 have many false positives and the microbiological test is more important for blood. So I was cleared. Is this true? I was also running 10km evening before I gave urine sample, could this result in distick test 1?

Now given this data, I now have some symptoms that span from anorectal to urological...

Is it likely from my previous urineanalyses that what I had 2,5 years ago was the beginning of bladder cancer? How much is 2,5 years in cancer terms, I do not know how fast it grows and make trouble. I would like to think that if 2.5 years ago blood was from cancer, that I would bleed more at the following urine samples...

Should I still worry about the results 2.5 years ago or this can not be connected to my problems now? I will go to give urine sample, but due to high number of corona in my country, it is very difficult now, even military is helping, we are the top country in number of cases per 100.000 right now :-(
