I Occasionally Experience Low Blood Sugar ?

Question: I am a 23 year old male, fairly healthy weight, non-smoker, dont drink/no OTC or prescription drug use— who has been experiencing blood in urine for 6 months now, as well as having high blood pressure (usually between 150/90 and 160/95). CT scan and ultrasound was performed, everything was noted to be normal. Rhabdomyolysis was suspected for the blood in the urine, but CK levels were just above 1600 (1618), so not that indicative. UTI is diagnosed, i have been diagnosed with the same thing months before after nothing was found when a cystoscopy was performed. Any ideas on what it could be? I am growing frustrated as it seems no one can figure it out (i went to a urologist and the ER Several times). Other symptoms i occasionally experience: low blood sugar (i am not diabetic), high blood pressure
Brief Answer:
Is it macroscopic or microscopic blood?
Detailed Answer:
Hi D.natour,
I am sorry to hear about your troubles. First of all it is important to distinguish between monosymptomatic microscopic blood in your urine and blood in your urine that is visible by the naked eye. In the first case, there is nothing more that needs to be done, as this is a very common condition with no implications for your health. In the latter case, I need to know if your creatinine level is normal and if you have had a urinalysis performed?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
