Hello XXXXXXX
I looked at the 3 pictures of your thumb. Can you please take a similar picture of the other hand for comparison?
Garlic knots would not be bad for you in moderation, but 16 seems like a lot unless they were small.
Feel free to ask further.
Regards

Thanks - I looked at both sides.
I don't see any obvious abnormalities.
It's possible, from your symptoms, that you may have gotten a small strain, but if it isn't hurting, it will resolve. Don't intentionally crack it though.

Any advice I’m always shy with woman any suggestion on ur point I’m always afraid
Brief Answer:
Information
Detailed Answer:
You are not alone in feeling this way, many people are naturally shy.
The main thing is to take chances rather than avoid trying to meet people, and don't take it personally if you are rejected as not every person will like any particular individual.
Try to just be friendly, think about how you might feel if the roles were reversed and someone were to come up to you and try to meet you. What makes you feel comfortable with them... Probably someone who is friendly seems interested in you but understands if you want to be left alone.
So, try to keep those things in mind when you introduce yourself or talk to women.
